Foreign prefabricated modular equipment has early applications (e.g., US 33kV, Japan 66kV substations); domestic ones are widely used (35kV/10kV box substations, State Grid 2013 smart substation with "four principles", Chongqing/Hubei cases). Our company manufactures special containers, container houses, etc., following prefabricated cabin selection principles.
Principle of selection of prefabricated cabin body
(1)Beautiful and generous shape design,coordinated with the external environment.For example,the appearance of the container is as simple as possible,the size and position of the components such as air conditioners and evocations are reasonably designed,and the color selection of the container is in harmony with the surrounding transformers and high-voltage switchgear.
(2)The selection of the size of the cabin box should take into account the requirements of equipment transportation,plane layout and transportation requirements.
(3)Reduce the external wiring of the prefabricated cabin and design a unified interface.
(4)The layout of the screen body is reasonable,and the space of the operation and maintenance channel is expanded as much as possible.
(5)Engineering installation and commissioning to reduce the on-site workload.The installation and wiring of equipment in the prefabricated compartment should be completed in the factory as far as possible,and only the connection between the prefabricated compartment and external equipment should be carried outon site.
